Beyond the Prescription: Explore the Full Impact of Pharma Ads

Pharma advertising is often understood to promote medications. But does its impact extend further?

In partnership with MAGNA Media Trials, we set out to understand whether DTC and HCP audiences consider pharma advertising beneficial. Surveying 1,166 patients and 1,001 doctors, we found that 92% of doctors believe pharma ads empower patients to take a more active role in managing their health.

Additionally, more than half of the patients surveyed reported that pharma ads have helped them learn about new medications (63%) and discover new health conditions (55%).
