Senior Manager, Product Marketing

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to join DeepIntent’s Marketing team in NYC. This person reports into the VP, Product Marketing, with whom they will partner to develop product positioning, create messaging, craft and execute go-to-market strategies and activities, and create compelling sales enablement materials and narratives. This role is cross-functional in nature and will require successful partnership with Product, Sales, Client Success, and various other teams across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Current Product Portfolio: MarketMatch (foundational marketing technology platform with bespoke identity that supports end-to-end campaign execution and publisher-direct trading); Healthcare Audience solutions (data-driven, custom audience planning and creation); Healthcare Marketplace (bespoke, omnichannel DSP and publisher-direct buying)
  • Product Marketing Strategy: build product marketing strategies, considering business objectives, product road map, customer personas and life cycles, the company/marketing opportunity, and key performance indicators (e.g. sales trends, conversion rates, site traffic, usability data and customer satisfaction survey results, competitive intel, etc) 
  • Messaging & Positioning: develop product positioning, value propositions, differentiators, and internal/external messaging for new products, features, and/or enhancements. Work with product to define media-worthy narratives relative to market challenges and innovations that can be addressed by our product portfolio. Continuously refine existing messaging based on market receptivity
  • Go-To-Market Initiatives: create and execute go-to-market strategies, including internal and external communications, sales collateral, case studies, playbooks/training materials, competitive matrices, web copy, emails, social announcements, etc.
  • Sales Enablement: produce high-quality, easy to understand sales collateral (presentations, one-sheets, client communications, etc.) to equip sales and client success teams with tools that articulate DeepIntent’s value proposition effectively, succinctly, and with high impact; organize and conduct product trainings
  • Content: identify and execute innovative, effective communications and/or content opportunities to elevate market visibility and consideration
  • Collaboration: work with marketing, product and sales leadership to define business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results

Who You Are:

  • Strong knowledge of the digital advertising landscape (display, video, CTV, addressability)
  • Strong understanding of how data-driven adtech platforms enable advertising planning, buying, and reporting
  • Experience crafting product marketing strategy (purpose, value proposition by segment and category, personality & positioning)
  • Experience using research tools and data to craft actionable insights, strategies, and assets
  • Understanding of new product pipeline development and innovation (concept development, testing & commercialization)
  • Exceptional at distilling complex topics into compelling stories, and translating product features into customer benefits
  • Experience working with/supporting sales organizations
  • Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, nimble organization 
  • Exceptional project management skills; proven performance in planning, setting expectations, and meeting commitments

What You’ve Accomplished:

  • BS degree – marketing and communications preferred 
  • Minimum 7-10+ years of Product Marketing experience – ideally in the media/ advertising industry (e.g. adtech/martech, digital agency, measurement or SaaS solutions)
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Experience servicing or working at an Ad Sales Media organization a plus 
  • IAB certification a plus
