Programmatic Trading Specialist

What We Are Looking For:

We are currently seeking an experienced Programmatic Account Manager/Trader to join our Operations team based out of our New York City HQ. This role is a hybrid role of someone with programmatic trading experience but is now looking for a client success position. This person will be responsible for overseeing self service clients and providing them hands on support to onboard, launch and optimize campaigns within DeepIntent’s Healthcare DSP. The Trading Specialist will work with each client to understand their business goals with a focus on achieving success using DeepIntent’s solutions. This individual will be a key contributor in the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day operations for agencies who are self service; serve as the primary point person for all client requests and communication
  • Maintain accurate information on all accounts and campaigns in the CRM including but not limited to budgets, contact & billing information, and assigned team members
  • Develop, grow and maintain customer relationships with clients through exceptional client service
  • Monitor pacing and delivery, and find ways to optimize campaigns based on client’s success metrics
  • Oversee all billing and reconciliation for Self Service accounts
  • Manage the onboarding process for all new accounts including the development and training of all DeepIntent’s solutions; execute an onboarding process to ensure adoption and success to all agency partners
  • Work closely with Sales to identify ways to grow accounts and bring forth strategic recommendations
  • Work with the Engineering & Product team to continue improving the platform by communicating client feedback and feature requests
  • Help develop best practices within the Operation organization through internal collaboration
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing

Who You Are:

  • You have a great passion for digital and an understanding of the digital advertising landscape; experience in healthcare is a plus!
  • Have a desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup environment
  • You are detail oriented and organized with flexibility to work on diverse projects and accounts
  • Prior programmatic trading experience within an agency or 3rd party trade desk
  • Prior experience presenting to all levels of clients including Executive stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, key industry partners and technical market standards (ad serving, SSP, DSP, IAS, DV, etc.)

What You Have Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 – 5 years experiences in Campaign Management, Account Management and/or Customer Success role within the Ad Tech or Digital Media space working with advertisers and agencies
  • Proven track record of success owning customer relationships, hands on experience in a DSP, client meetings, QBR’s, product training, data analysis, and strategic business reviews
